| AT73C214 |
The AT73C214 is a power management device
designed to supply digital, analog, interface, RF and backup
sections of generic wireless devices, in particular battery
powered applications. It also integrates LDOs to recharge
backup elements and convert voltage to the microcontroller RTC
supply level. The AT73C214 also includes a low-cost battery
charger for Li-Ion or Li-Polymer batteries. LDO and DC-to-DC
output voltages can be programmed by mask change. |
| AT73C239 |
The AT73C239 is a 4-channel Power Supply Power
Management Unit (PMU) available in a QFN 3 x 3 mm package. It
is a fully integrated, low cost, combined Power Management
device for wireless modules, GPS and WLAN devices. It
integrates four Linear Low Drop Out (LDO) Regulators, three of
which provide high-accuracy RF performance and one (LDO4) with
very low quiescent current that is supplied by an external
backup battery. The AT73C239 features a Two-wire Interface
(TWI) to increase the efficiency of the system by disabling
LDOs when not needed. |

for loads up to 300 mA. It is designed to supply radio
frequency synthesizers and used as a controller for the
antenna switch. |

voltage regulator macrocell with programmable output voltage
ranging from 1.75V to 2.1V, rated for loads up to 180 mA in
full power mode and 5 mA in low power mode. It is designed to
be integrated with other analog cells, digital logic,
microcontrollers, DSP cores and memory blocks into
system-on-chip products. |
